Yeah, and as more time goes on, I'm happy that I haven't caught the bug to gamble on sports.

And in the interest of full disclosure...

I am again this year in one fantasy football league.

It is the WCCO Radio Fantasy Football League.

And some of the teams have come and gone over the years.

We used to have just about everybody on the on-air staff.

Not everybody participates, but Chris Tubbs has taken over running the league.

And that's 50 bucks each.

the big 5-0 at the beginning of the year, and that's it.

But beyond that, as a rule, I just don't generally gamble on sports.

And you continue to hear stories all the time, and this is becoming not only the people that are addicted or have a problem with their gambling, but the players in sports and their families and friends are being subjected to, shall we say, abusive behavior by gamblers.

Just a light harassment.

And that's scary to me, that it's getting to the point.

And I would think with now all these, I don't even know what they're called, prediction sites?

Prediction markets, yep.

Prediction markets, whatever.

To me, it's all gambling.

And technically, fantasy football is gambling.

In reality, it is, you know, on some level.

Technically, the stock market is gambling, Steve.

Sure.

You know, there's a lot of things that fit into that category.

But I think we went from a strict prohibition that in reality it was all on the black market and once upon a time you could only gamble on sports in Las Vegas.

And then they let the genie out of the bottle and now it's everywhere.

And I know a responsible adult, so on and so forth.
