And with some recent information that has come out, and I guess some signings that have happened as well, I think there actually might be some hope for this Warriors team.

Now, because I was always thinking, you know what, the Warriors should – they're always connected to Trey Murphy III, but they should never overpay for him.

And that's the one thing that I've always been frustrated about with all these rumors because I think it was like some of the young guys and like multiple first-round picks in exchange for Trey Murphy III.

But I got to admit, there's another guy – that may be more promising than Trey Murphy and potentially could be combined in a trade for him.

Like if he doesn't get it really going within the next few years, he's a full on bust because he's just, he's on a large contract.

Now they say, I was watching Gil's Arena the other day, and they say, look, he needs to get out of New Orleans.

They don't have the right food around him, which honestly plays a lot into why he's not doing well.

I mean, if you have literal sort of weight guarantees on your contract, it's obviously something you've got to work on.

You've got to be in a place that will better prepare you to get to a certain weight by training camp.

Does that mean it's him or he's not doing enough? Or does that mean New Orleans isn't where he wants to be? Now, we say he should go to a big market like the Clippers or New York, Brooklyn, or say the Lakers.

But I don't think that they're really going to take a shot on Zion the way the Warriors may take a shot.

Now, let's remember, this isn't the first time the Warriors have dealt with the Hornets or the New Orleans team to get a star player who was disgruntled.

they got, they went and got, who was it, Baron Davis way back in 2004, right before the Hornets got Chris Paul, so it wouldn't be the first time that this has happened, so I wouldn't be surprised, but the thing is, Zion is not going to cost as much as you may think, because the Pelicans do want to dump a lot of his contract, he's owed, what, I believe it's 42 this year, and then 45 next year, they got to do stuff to work on that, and I think If they find a way to combine a trade for both Zion and Trey Murphy III for a lot of the Warriors young guys and expiring contracts and multiple first-round picks, it will benefit both teams.

Now, the question is, who are these young players going to be? I think, obviously, it's either going to be Porzingis or Jimmy Butler.

that is going to be involved in terms of a large expiring contract, or probably both because, you know what, expiring deals are extremely valuable in today's NBA.
