We've got a big day today.
The Clarity Act is actually going to get voted on.
Not really sure if I believe it's going to pass, but the exciting news is they're actually, the Senate is getting together and they will talk about it
and vote.
They're good about talking about things.
I have seen a lot of buzz around them forcing a vote and the vote happening and the ethics clause that's put in and this and that.
And it does seem like they want to talk about it a lot.
I think, I think Mitch McConnell is going to, I think they're going to revive his dead body and put him up to vote.
So yeah, it seems like they're going to vote.
They, so I think 126 changes were made that were requested by the Democrats.
So it is now a 635 page document, which seems a little excessive, but it is, you only need 60 votes, right? So what is it? Seven Democrats or something like that to say yes to this.
I know you're going to be surprised, but there's still one person that thinks it's not good.
And Elizabeth Warren is fighting teeth and nail to try to prevent people from voting on this.
So I'm sure there she has other ideas of what should happen.
And she's been trying to kill crypto since the beginning.
No surprise there.
It's just doesn't seem to be anything positive coming from her.
It's funny too, because the bank lobbies that you're really...
The background for her opinions and things seem to be coming around on this thing now that the stablecoins can't issue yield back to the holders and put banks out of business.
This is going to give the banks time to figure out how to make money on this.
And I
would change her tune.
Maybe this is now like a political crisis.
