I think obviously as someone who covers the team, does content on every single game, I think change is welcome to me in terms of just being excited about every single game.
And with change and new storylines and new challenges brings different things to dive into and analyze and all that.
And I just think that The team that they had had last season had grown a little stale in my mind, and I really like the way that they have gone about trying to improve the team this offseason in terms of making it a little bit more perimeter-oriented.
Uh, and then also too, I think just trying to get players that accentuate, um, the, the Timberwolves three best players in terms of, uh, three best incumbent players in terms of Anthony Edwards, Rudy Gobert and Jade McDaniels.
And I think Lamella ball will, will certainly do that on the offensive end of the floor.
And I also think that Jonathan Kaminga, um, is a guy that should be able to really, I think, help Ant And Jaden on the defensive end of the floor, too, is a guy that can play on the ball, switch one through four times one through five and potentially be able to guard some of the earlier fours and fives that we saw Kyle Anderson guard in the past.
And then it should be also really fun to see which young guys can take another step forward between TJ Shannon and Jalen Clark and obviously more of Yohan Baranjay this upcoming year as well.
And I think this is more excited than I've been for a Timberwolves season in a while.
Yeah, I think your point that last year had grown stale is definitely the just kind of reviewing last season in my head.
It was like the beginning of December when that team was like, yeah, we're waiting for the playoffs.
And I think all of us, we were like, what do you mean? There's like four and a half months of this.
But with that said, once the playoff rolled around, I was pretty invested and pretty locked in.
And even obviously that game four was such a bummer with losing Dante and Ant in the same game.
I do think that it was still pretty remarkable the way that that team kind of galvanized and Still was able to KO the Nuggets, I thought, was super impressive.
