And I want to say one thing about your situation with that you had, because I think what you were able to do is special on both end.

One, you recognize what you wanted to do and you had a vision, which I think the bigger issue is like, sometimes I think people don't really ask themselves what they want

then you had a boss that you could then take that vision and say you know what i'm telling you i'm gonna work hard i'm good but do this and then she was willing to accommodate you so that's like really powerful um

would argue that if more people were want to question their environment and then find the right you know situation at their company to achieve it they could do it and

one thing i've done is also i've been very intentional that the team or at least the the manager you work for really does matter because in that corporate setting or in you know whatever whether you want to progress quickly or not or whether you want to learn it really does matter a lot to do with your manager so i've been really lucky to have you know two or three really impactful ones

So please, whatever you do, just like, make sure you're, you like your boss, your boss likes you.

They're like, not even like you, like they want the best for you because you're doing good work for them.

But for me, uh, I had been munching on the idea of what is the life I want to build for myself.
