take me into the photography side of things like uh i know you uh you started from a young age so how did you how did you get into photography like where where does the photography story fit into
yeah so so during those uh travels um at one point i think we bought like one of those Little pocket AP, APS cameras.
I don't know if you remember those, they had like a roll of film that was sort of elliptical shaped, um, and it was fully automated.
So you put the film roll in and then you could shoot in like a panorama, uh, aspect ratios and all sorts of stuff.
And then at one point, my dad remembered we, at some point he bought a Canon AV1, a very old camera now.
My dad, he scanned all the negatives using some kind of machine on the computer.
And then during my teenage years, I kind of lost track of it, especially because we weren't really traveling all that much anymore.
And then I decided when I got my first few salaries, I decided to pick up a Canon 550D, my first digital camera.
First, I started photographing the events that were happening at the youth house that I was part of the council of.
Photographing the parties, bar nights, all kinds of stuff, kind of event photography.
And then in 2012, when I went to Iceland for the first time, that's where nature photography became something big again for me.
I remember the year after that, I basically traveled to Iceland just for a weekend, just to photograph the Aurora.
I took a photo of this, the plane wreck, the very infamous plane wreck that's on the south coast when nobody really knew about it.
