Sigur Rós

And it doesn't really land the plane.

It's you've got Sigur Rós doing some heavy lifting on that kiss at the end to get that kiss to mean something.

Yeah, it's just sort of OK.

I don't know.

So the band was really good players that were also in their early teenage years.

And the guys that I was playing with got really into the band Sigur Rós, or Sigur Rós, I've heard it kind of said both ways.

And we started incorporating a lot of that into the music we were playing at church, which is a bit funny.

But these cool textural drones and stuff like that.

I'm going to go back a little bit to last year.

And I saw Sigur Rós in concert at, I don't know if you know the London Albert Hall at all.

with a full orchestra.

Now, the Albert Hall, it's like an instrument itself.

It's got all the reverb and the echo that is just perfectly set up for orchestras.

So to see Sigur Rós, one of my favorite bands that I've seen multiple times before with a full orchestra, And then partway through, they bring a choir out.

And then there's a pipe organ in the Albert Hall that they shine a light and someone's there playing this huge pipe organ that goes from floor to ceiling.

And it was spectacular.

yeah well i know i mean i just say chicago theater because i know those shows are always really expensive like it's like yeah because broadeyes played there and the tickets were like 300 a seat or something it was ridiculous

That's where I've seen Sigur Rós all three times that I've seen him.

It's always been very expensive.

I saw Elvis Costello at the Chicago Theater years ago.
