So, and I just want to mention, so, you know, I founded the kind of Ego State Therapy North America community, but I have to give a hats off to Maggie Phillips, who I know both of you do, because she was instrumental in, I look at it as we co-founded Ego State Therapy North America.

She passed away before we could I got the website up and rolling, but we were both working on the curriculum and getting a certification program in ego state therapy when she passed.

You know, I like to call it ego state therapy because it's a legacy to the Watkins, John and Helen, who are the co-founders of ego state therapy.

It was it was based on the the theories of Paul Fodern, who was a close associate of Sigmund Freud.


Well, back then, everyone was kind of talking about these theories at the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

And Maggie Phillips and Claire Frederick actually published Healing the Divided Self in, I believe, in 1995.

And that's based on ego state theory and the SARI model, which is a trauma treatment phase-oriented model that still exists.

The Watkins came out with their book, Ego State Theory and Therapy in like, let's say 1997.

But when I had the privilege of hearing the Watkins, David, I think they came early 90s to the Minnesota Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
