The calm name, um, Cultivate Awareness, Live Mindfully, s- suggests, I imagine, a particular philosophy with you and Catherine.

When I was first starting in private practice, I thought long and hard about, like, wanting something that could be relatable and transferable and, like, could-- I could grow with.

And, I mean, I think living mindfully is something that we're all trying to aspire to do on a regular basis.

You know, we're inundated with, um, distractions and the ability to, like, disconnect.

And to be able to really stay connected and be more mindful and intentional in our lives is something that I feel really lucky that we landed on that name because, um, I don't feel like I'll grow out of that.

And, you know, being calm, like, who doesn't wanna be calm? [chuckles] So it's, it's a play on words.

It's like the precipice of change, right? Like, we have to be aware of what it is that's plaguing us to try to improve it.

Um, so I, I like to think that I don't do, like, the workout yoga sometimes, and I try to stay more, like, oh, I'll do a yin or a restorative class.

Um, but I also think just being outside has become more of my mindful practice.

I have a neighbor who got really into, um, [lips smack] um, gosh, she does, like, landscape design now.

So she was doing a lot of landscaping, and I would walk by her in the mornings with my dogs, and we would just, like, talk outside, and it felt really grounding.
