We finally get caught up and go full rapid-fire on Rick and Morty Seasons 7, 8, and 9, from smaller “classic” premises to the episodes that swing for the fences. If you’ve been trying to remember what…
This was the episode where Rick and Jerry argue over Rick was born intelligent or and Rick argued that he worked for his intelligence.
In other words, it's like they possess half each other's brains, which means it was blending their personalities as well.
So you have Rick with part of Jerry's personality and you have Jerry with part of Rick's personality.
try to go pick up more because you know those whole thing with gangsta and the funny thing is he was super comfortable being kidnapped because like you know how it is everybody well a lot of people know who Rick is so it's like oh shit he's Rick's grandson like we gotta make sure that this kid's in one piece otherwise we don't want that smoke from Rick but yeah like after all the bickering that they were doing Eventually, they started bonding, started calling themselves Burger and Fries, ran away from the family to go on an adventure together.
And afterwards, the Smith family try to force Cherokee to separate back to normal Rick and Jerry.
like this i like this one and also it's revealed that memory rick from the one episode you know like uh when rick was body hopping into bird person trying to resurrect him like memory rick kind of jump in you know uh because he was in rick's mind blah blah so essentially memory rick took advantage of that and tried to track himself inside jerry's mind to try to escape and that's going to have some continuity of course episode three this is the one where the president decided to date rick um therapist you know dr wong Meanwhile, Unity comes back and essentially she was just trying to, you know, check in on him.
In a way, like, It didn't work out with the president, Dr. Wong, mainly because the president's ego just kept getting in the way, especially his obsession for everyone's approval, which was unhealthy, which makes sense for a therapist to say.
uh unity despite everything you know like the whole situation where uh unity was just trying to reach out to rick but she but he was like ignoring her so she pretty much had to uh assimilate a small population just to get his attention and after all that including the president trying to hijack the hive so that way he can get that approval rating That was resolved and essentially with Rick and Unity, it was like Rick trusts Unity now, but Unity doesn't trust Rick.
Episode 4, this was the one with Rick serving family spaghetti, but come to find out that it was sourced from a plant where people's bodies turn to spaghetti if they unalign themselves.
And yeah, the family had like this gray area of feeling guilty, but hey man, it was good spaghetti.
And essentially, it was almost like they were trying to find some sort of ethical way to legalize this thing like you know like keep making the spaghetti without the shame and guilt of where it comes from yeah i want to say this was one of the more cerebral episodes well not that cerebral but like the one that makes you think like turning this shades of gray Now, episode five is my favorite of seasons because, of course, it is about.
