In today's episode, Elizabeth sits down with Hilary Hoffman, founder and CEO of SOTO Method, for part one of a two-part conversation. They dive into infertility, twin pregnancy, and a birth story that…
Hilary HoffmanGuestElizabeth EndresHostThis is The Wellness Process, a space where all aspects of wellbeing coexist harmoniously, from mental and physical health to spirituality and everything in between.
I'm your host Elizabeth Endres, a wellness founder for nearly a decade, but also someone who's really been through it with my share of health challenges.
My passion for feeling really good and commitment to the deep inner work have led me to you, where I'll be bringing forward all the modalities that have helped me, and sitting down weekly with the amazing humans that have inspired and expanded me along the way.
Through unfiltered conversations with healers, practitioners, founders, and dear friends, together we embark on the process towards our collective wellness.
Today's guest, Hilary Hoffman, is coming on the podcast for her second time, about two years almost to the day after her first time on the podcast, where she was one of my first guests.
And she was such a good friend at that time to me to raise her hand and say, "I will come on with you and do me that favor." We had such a delicious conversation two years ago, and it truly even got better this year.
So much so, that I actually made this into a two-part episode, because it ... we actually ended up extending our [laughs] recording session by an hour during because we had so much to cover.
Hilary's story is so raw and vulnerable and intense, and I just wanted to make sure that we were able to cover it start to finish.
So to give you a little preview, we talk about Hilary's pregnancy journey, her conception journey, going through IUI in order to conceive.
We talk about her delivery and the aftermath of the very, very intense life or death situation that essentially arose during that time.
I should also add that she is the mom of beautiful twins, and she does such a beautiful job in this episode of sharing what was a very traumatic series of events during her birth for her, but not delivering it to our listeners in a way that is scary.
Hilary is just one of those incredible people that you can sit down and talk to for so long with so much depth to the conversation.
So she has had this formation post-birth where she has come back to herself in the most beautiful way.
So we get into every detail of that, from what that looks like from a diet perspective, working out, of course, SOTO method, her insanely amazing studio that is truly popping up everywhere.
She has Upper East Side now as well as Tribeca, Dallas opening very soon, and maybe somewhere else, which we touch on briefly in this episode.
There's going to be a part two, so if you don't touch on everything in this first ep that I just talked about, know that it will be coming out next week.
