I am a Socialist - What will I do?

Always remember the horseshoe.

The horseshoe is a U or the U theory.

On the left of the horseshoe, you had the left and the right, conservative, liberal.

You move down the horseshoe and maybe you have Tea Party, conservative, quasi leaning towards fascist.

You have socialism on the left.

This is a theory.

Again, it moves down.

And as you get closer, you get full fascism, you get full communism.

And as you move to the middle, you get authoritarianism or totalitarianism, dictators.

Think Russian.

Okay, so socialism is typically implemented, and that's a standard definition.

It's kind of like communism.

Karl Marx and Friedrich Eagle's outline measures for transitioning a state towards socialism and the communist manifesto.

Now, they wanted communism.

Socialists did not want what Marx want.

We talked about this in the communism, the complete takeover of all industrialization, the means to the end, abolition of private land ownership, no integration with private, get rid of all private.

If we were to talk about true socialism, again, it changes.

Isms change.

And I'll talk about this with capitalism because the capitalism we're going to talk about is neoliberal, global capitalism, not the old mercantile capitalism.

Things change when it comes to theories or philosophies or ideologies.

They aren't like your Bible that never changes, which is a different issue.

Okay.
