But it occurred to me, I thought Brand New Day was, like, a sequel to one movie.

And so I Google yesterday, "What movies do kids watching in the Spider-Man universe these days?" It's- it's not Tobey Maguire or whatever, like it was back in my day.

What- what happened to that one?" And I'm like, "Oh, this is actually the fourth movie in the series." [laughs] I'm like, "Okay, well, I best go back and watch Spider-Man: Homecoming," which is the first one that came out in 2017.

The first one is the one with the Vulture, the second one with Mysterio, the third one, the one with Doctor Strange and the multiverse thing, and then this one, which I don't know anything about.

I was always put off on seeing the first movie, 'cause it had the Vulture in it.

I saw, when I was selecting it on my, um, streaming thing, it was rated 7.4, which is pretty high, right? Like, I laughed multiple times watching the movie, and there was some cringe moments where I was just like, "Ah." But it was cringe in the way that it kinda made sense for the movie, because he's meant to be a young kid doing cringey things, rather than, like, unintentional cringe.

And the Vulture being a nothing villain made sense, because Spider-Man at that point was a nothing superhero.

He was incompetent, so of course the- the- he couldn't go up against, I don't know, Galactus, you know.

My missus actually got us tickets to see Spider-Man on Saturday, but realizing now there are so many movies that I haven't seen, I wanna watch it with her, and I- we- we don't have time [laughs] before Saturday to watch two movies together.
