The United Soccer Coaches Podcast – September 24, 2026

An exciting edition of the United Soccer Coaches Podcast.

It's today, the September edition.

Six amazing guests.

The main focus will be the convention, high school soccer, and also Hispanic Heritage Month.

You cannot kick things off with the convention without talking to the membership services manager and More importantly, as it relates to the convention, the conventions manager for the association, that is the great Sarah Wilbur.

Sarah, welcome back to the United Soccer Coaches podcast.

Thanks, Dean.

Always excited to be here.

All right.

We always start with flowers and then showers.

And we got a lot of flowers to talk about as the convention coming in January to Kansas City.

Yeah, we've got a lot going on.

Our team is working really hard.

So just a lot of information I'm going to throw at you.

So Kansas City, we are Kansas City, Missouri, first off.

So it's the Kansas City Convention Center, January 20 through 23rd.

This year, we have a lot of things going on before convention even starts.

So some of those highlights would be our eight pre-convention webinars, which people can register for.

They're free to our membership.

You can learn from presenters before getting on site.

and then connecting with them early, getting those sessions, topics, ideas.

We also have a first time attendee webinar that we will be doing in December to give first time attendees more access and information to the convention or just people who want to know the inside scoop.

So make sure you can register for that before convention, as well as our three pre-convention diplomas.

Those are going to get started before convention even begins on site Wednesday.

So you can get access and your badge before everyone else, which is pretty cool to not have to wait in those lines, right? Yeah,
