Let's see what some of the festivities look like before we get into the horrors.

Park Horse over on YouTube.

Good to see you, my friend.

What are you doing over there? With the dregs.

Head to Milwaukee's lakefront for Labor Fest later today.

In addition to live entertainment and family fun, organizers say this year's event is both a celebration of workers and a call for stronger worker protections.

So our Alana Johnson is live on the Summerfest grounds with what people can expect for this year's celebration.

And Alana, I hear there's going to be a parade going on and a lot of events as well.

yeah absolutely there is a parade it's about a mile long it starts at zeidler union square park and it ends here at the summerfest grounds and there's a festival here as well that is open to the public that people can also interact with those union members as well and that means there is a variety of entertainment that is on the schedule you can check out a classic car show from noon to 3 p.m there's also a dedicated children's area with bucket truck rides and a splash pad And Labor Fest is a celebration, but it's also a moment to fight for the rights and freedoms for all workers.

I'm all about it, but you've got to, you got to do it in increments.
