Special Pre-Draft Episode!

And segueing into that, first and foremost, I guess the first thing we have to address, some turnover amongst the league members.

One Wood lost, another Wood gained.

Very much so bittersweet.

Losing an OG.

Tim decides to step down, relinquish his spot, and hand it over to his younger brother, Josh Wood.

Hate to lose Tim.

Tim has been in the league since the very beginning, since the 2010 season, and it's tough.

Myself, Missy, Sean, and Tim had been in the league, the four of the, well, I guess four of the eight original members.

Now down to three.

Not to say that Tim won't be back one day.

That door and that seat is always welcome should we have turnover again.

Tim hadn't been to a draft in some time due to relocating up to Pennsylvania for some years.

He's been in Kansas City for, uh, a number of years now as well.

Got to see him back in March.

It's great to see him.

He'd been wavering on, you know, whether or not he wanted to stay in the league, and he even told me back in March that he wanted to, uh, wanted to stay in, but I guess when younger brother calls, a decision was made.

And thankfully, Josh was willing to step up to the plate.

Josh wanted back in the league, and from what I'm hearing, Josh is ready to go, and he's excited about being back.

As refreshing as a quick kick to the nuts.

And he will be at the draft, riding down with Byler from Brownwood.

Gonna join us, uh, on Friday for the pre-draft activities that we'll get to.

So everyone will have a chance to re-acquaintance themself with the one and only Josh Wood.

Tim exits the league, at least for now, as a one-time champion, earning that championship all the way back in 2013, only finishing last one season in 2016.

Made the playoffs three years in a row from 2020 to 2022.

Guess he had a little more time during the COVID era, but he has missed the playoffs for the past three seasons.
