Definitely, yeah.

I got in trouble everywhere I went.

I thought it was a problem, but the problem was me.

First time I got arrested was sixth grade.

Oh, my goodness.

And it was me and my buddy, Bobby Waldecker, walking from wherever, and there was a big grass field, and we were throwing rocks at political signs, not knowing who, you know— I was just apparently the ones that I hit were the ones that supported Lakewood County Sheriff's Department.

They rolled up on me and I was like going to roll.

I was going to run.

And for whatever reason, I got in the car and they took me home and they took me to the station and they put me under arrest and called my parents and tried to say that I did, you know, thousands of dollars of damage and political signs there.

They're not like the political signs we see today.

They're just a little stick.

And.

in a lawn

yeah it was we had a big empty grass field at the corner of pioneer and delamo now it's condos and supermarkets but it was just a big field that all the streets funneled into and we would build forts and stuff out there but it was great for political science so it went around that whole area covered by three different you know streets and we started throwing rocks at them and then i got caught and I was supposed to do some restitutional damage and stuff like that.

And next time I got in trouble with the police, I was 11 years old.

And I was the same guy, Bobby Waldecker.

Who was the bad influence, you or him?

Oh, both of us.

Yeah.

Yeah.

He was older.

I liked him because he's older and two, three years older.

And he was nice to me and we play.

But it would be like, hey, Kevin, throw a rock at the sign.
