What was your path into children's publishing, and what experience shaped how you think about the industry?

And I realized that my-- the pattern in my career was, A, been very lucky to have great mentors.

And the most important thing I did was listen and learn and appreciate the people I was working with.

I've driven an hour to a party and turned around and got out the car and left.

Right? It's just But I think I learned, um, just surround yourself with good people.
