EP 123: The Lombok Frequency: The Medicine of Expansion & the Next Evolution of Leadership

Have you ever felt an unexplainable pull towards a place, only to discover it was awakening a completely new version of yourself? In this episode of **The Sacred Travel Podcast**, Julia sits down with **Carolin Föll**, founder of **ELLELIZA Coaching & Consulting** and creator of **ELUMINA**, a transformational retreat experience in Lombok, Indonesia.  Together they explore how Lombok and other islands become catalysts for expansion, why true leadership begins with the nervous system rather than relentless striving, and how the frequency of Lombok invites ambitious women to embody greater success, visibility, and impact—without losing themselves in the process. 🛕💫 **When Sacred Places Call Your Soul**Caroline’s Journey and her call to unventured places all her life ― from Germany to the Netherlands, Mexico, Egypt, Hawaii, and Qatar,  from Switzerland to Lombok ― is a mirror to remember why certain lands seem to choose you at pivotal moments in your lives, becoming initiations into who you are becoming. 🌴🐠 **The Lombok Frequency: Medicine of Expansion**Discover why Lombok carries a unique energetic medicine, how its landscapes naturally regulate the nervous system, and why this hidden island becomes a catalyst for profound personal and leadership transformation. 🐢🧠  **Expansion Begins Within**Learn why your next level isn't created by working harder, but by becoming the person who can safely hold more leadership, abundance, visibility, and life. Discover how sacred places regulate the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and create the inner conditions for intuition, clarity, creativity, and soul-led expansion to naturally emerge. 🌺✨ **ELUMINA & The Next Evolution of Leadership** Discover how Carolin's immersive ELUMINA retreat in Lombok blends feminine leadership, embodiment, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and spiritual awareness to help ambitious women release performance-driven identities and lead with greater authenticity, presence, and inner expansion. **ABOUT CAROLINE:** Carolin Föll is the founder of **ELLELIZA Coaching & Consulting** and the creator of **ELUMINA**, a transformational retreat experience designed for ambitious women who feel deeply called by leadership, expansion, and the desire for more.
