That's great because I think, uh, you've gone over things which a lot of people suffer from, which is allergies, tiredness, ADHD.

So you mentioned that you aren't actually able to do electrics, which is kind of helpful for people who are listening.

So what's the very first thing that people should and could do for different kinds of non-native EMF? Maybe walk people through the different sorts and what people can do who are a beginner, and then we'll go into more advanced things.

If people have enough money, they can fly me in to do actual assessments, and also I can help to supervise the build of a house, the electric grid, the communication grid, and the lighting to the house, so it becomes the best possible with less-- with least emissions.

It's not yet possible to get everything to zero so you can lean on cables, but we can go pretty close.

It's just better solution we would like to get, the, the more expensive it becomes.

But anyway, let's start with the fields, and let's name the category of fields we are dealing with.

They usually have lower voltages with sixty hertz, so hundred and twenty volts coupled with two hundred and forty.

In Estonia, we are using European system, so we have three-phase electricity usu-usually in our homes, and we have double the voltage, so two hundred and thirty coupled with four hundred volts.

So this is the mag-magnetic field, and electric field is coming from voltage, electric and amperage is causing magnetic field.

S-we start with the overhead power lines, then it gets to substation or a transformer.

It can come to your house as a overhead line or at u-underground, and the whole wiring inside the house and all the appliance-appliances that are connected to the grid is the source for those fields.

But those fields can be mitigated, and, uh, this mitigation part is not taught at electrician training.

So since two thousand twenty-two, I'm the only one that, that I know in Tallinn in Estonia.

Uh, the same course that I passed, people who are organizing it said, "Well, you have such interesting topic.

Become a lecturer in our course." So since then, all those electricians are getting at least a taste what, what's going on and how to mitigate it.

It's a one day long lecture, total six hours of lecture, and I have five, five, uh, groups in a year.
