On the home front in New York this morning, the United Nations General Assembly began, which notably included appearances by Iranian officials, which were allowed to enter the United States to attend the proceedings at the UN.

President Peshishkin and Foreign Minister Araghchi arrived this morning and so far have been confined to the United Nations building, as the United States has not issued visas for their free travel around New York.

Newark Liberty, JFK, Teterboro, LaGuardia, and dozens of other airports nationwide experienced ground stops and delays while the cable was fixed.

Going back to the height of the Cold War, the nations of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have been some of the most vocal NATO members concerning Russian aggression in the region purely due to where they are located.

To put it bluntly, these three nations tend to freak out quite often any time Russia sneezes in their direction simply due to geography.

And there's been many moments of, wait, is that happening? That might be happening.

There's like a curfew that's been put in place in Russian border regions that, you know, are right next to, I believe, Estonia or some of the other post-Soviet countries.

So there's now curfews in place, and there's been troop movements and whatnot.

And this is something that analysts are looking at going, seems not good, seems not good.

But every single time they do something like this, this sly attack, the sneaky attack they're using.

I mean, like Zelensky uses the airspace of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia to sneak in and hit Russia around the back or they fly over Finnish airspace.

So all of these tactics, it's desperation, but it's when Zelensky uses terrorist tactics and he's using the sneaky tactics, he can't stop the Russian army on the front lines.

Well, how long? I'm about to say we'll finish.

Poland fears that they might launch an attack on Poland in some way.

I don't know what that will be, but it will test Article 5 of NATO, because there is a growing thought that if there was an attack on a NATO country, that the United States would not ride to the rescue of, say, for example, Estonia.

And in that case, NATO might as well not exist.

And I think Vladimir Putin understands that.

that just on that before you move on i mean is it defined in international law um how war is that is really uh defined legally

is international law let's be clear what we mean there is no such thing as international law in the herma harmer that's just performative stuff in the real law which is the law of nations within which the nato treaty exists it is a declaration of an attack such as the Americans made at the time of 9-11 upon sovereign territory.

And once that declaration is made, say Estonia, the country you mentioned, declares that it is under attack, there is then a treaty obligation on all members.
