Um, starting things off on offense.
Offense, not, uh, you know, pretty, pretty decent first game, at least the first three quarters that we played.
This one, not so much.
Um, out of the first seven possessions, guess how many were three-and-outs?
Uh, uh, five.
Yep, very good.
Five three-and-outs-
Yeah
... out of the first seven position, possessions.
Sloppy day.
We had five fumbles, only lost one of them.
We had very good fumble luck.
14 penalties for 133 yards.
The Jets had 13 for 156.
Uh, the Packers also have 26 penalties through two games.
We lead the league in penalties, and it is the most in franchise history through two games, so that's a lot of fun.
Um, and then, yeah, I mean, the, the lo- the play call after the long return, you know, sticking with the offense.
You remember that, how we get the long f- return from Skymore and-
Yep
...
Matt LaFleur decides, "Hey, this is a good time to run Chris Brooks twice right down the middle." It wasn't, it wasn't against the first one, we got, like, five yards.
I'm like, "Okay, that works," and then we ran the same play again and he gets stuffed.
It's like, "We're gonna do it again."
[laughs] Which Chris Brooks, one, is in the game to pass block, two, I don't think Matt LaFleur wanted to give the ball to Caleb or, uh, Marshawn Lloyd because they had both already fumbled in the game.
So that was, uh, I don't know, maddening.
