Season 5 Episode 3 - Dayton Tockey

Well, man, we, uh, had a little football action last week.

It was, uh, pretty fun to get out there and watch the guys play.

Absolutely perfect weather.

Uh, got to be out there with some of our, our, our friends.

Uh, and I mean, what'd you, uh, what'd you take away from it? What were some, uh, you know, highs, lows? Uh, you know, who's ahead? Who's behind? What do you think?

Oh, man.

Yeah.

I, there's, there's a lot there for me.

Um, I, m- my biggest takeaway from all of it was compared to pre- previous years, they're really...

They, they only scored, Missouri State only scored in two innings.

Yep.

They...

And, you know, one of them was an eight spot, one of them was a three spot in the first game.

And, you know, the eight spot, I mean, that's not...

I don't, you know, I take that with a grain of salt.

I think, uh, Cord was working on some stuff and, you know, we'd seen in previous innings that when OU'd scored multiple runs and they, they kinda just cut it off, but they clearly wanted Cord working on something and, and so, you know, that's what it was.

Outside, so two out of the 14 innings they scored.

Yeah.

That's, that's kind of incredible.

I can't remember an error.

Yeah.

I can't remember a missed play.

Like, just like a, "Oh, well, you know..." Uh, like that, I, I don't know, like a stolen base and we overthrow and, you know, whatever.

I can't remember one missed play.

And for the most part, we played really good offense, but we also had a lot of power.
