How did you get into this work though? Like, were you always open spiritually and energetically? Yeah.

I think a lot of people do, right? Like you're in the spiritual closet for a little while until you're like, oh, I think it's time to come out.

I started out with more of like the science-y part, right? And more of like the linear part.

And so that's kind of where my... drive into the functional world came about because I had my studio and I decided to make it kind of this one-stop shop where you can get everything you want to replace.

We had the movement and the mindfulness and the meditation, and I wanted to provide nutrition services, just, you know, basic nutrition coaching, whatever.

So I did the quote basic nutrition coaching for a while and me being the me that I am.

I'm like, there's just so much more here, right? This is like, it's just kind of keeping it on the surface.

But I just knew that there were these deeper things happening in the body that we weren't really addressing.

And so that sent me down the path of becoming a functional practitioner and wanting to really dive into the body.

Like, okay, let's look at the gut and the hormones and the cells and, you know, all these deep things happening in the physical body.

And this was kind of like in conjunction with my own kind of spiritual journey at the time.

And somewhere around that time is when I found human design, just kind of stumbled upon it.

And that was the piece for me when I, you know, I think everybody has their own story when I find human design.

And when it was, it was such a, an awakening moment for me, recognizing these pieces of me that I had tried to shove away or shut down or suppress or quiet or hate or whatever.
