This happened Saturday night near Rhode Island.

Police say a car with three people inside hit a utility pole and went off the road.

They say the 15-year-old, a student at Uxbridge High School, was pronounced dead at the hospital.

No word on any other injuries.

Police are asking anyone who saw the crash to call them.
