I don't know if I have any advice because, first of all, neurodivergence just in and of itself is so complex and divergent that anything that might work for me may not work for somebody else.
But I do know that the concept of radical acceptance, this is what is.
And not trying to fight them quite as much to give myself permission to sit with those limitations and those frustrations.
But if I think I need to be doing something, what might that little piece be? I am currently taking a complete break from theater in my retirement.
I have been offered a couple of opportunities to direct something or participate in a group.
that I'm still asking myself all kinds of questions that I don't have answers to and accepting that this is the space I'm in right now.
Yeah, living in the questions and living in the radical understanding that I'm unique.
