As we start to work on the turnaround, one of the things that we assess with our business and our life in that time is, oh, our kids are 10 and 12 right now.

And we're like, wait, at this time, before they're teenagers and don't want to talk to us, we're supposed to take big, long trips.

We said we'd take a year off or at least summers off and we'd travel and we'd expose them to things when they're old enough to remember, but not so old that they are snotty and won't talk to us.

So we have both the business turnaround that we're grappling with in the middle of and we have this life moment.

No matter what, we're going to take the time with the kids because the kids matter more than anything else.

Like you can't possibly know what was right because you can't run out the other alternatives.

It led to who I am today and it led to my book and like a lot of things like that.

We say, and to each other, and then we go to the team at the office and we say, listen, next summer, We're going to go away for the summer and we're going to take the kids and we're both going to go.

We're going to go with the kids and we're going to be in a different time zone.
