The system, it's exquisitely sensitive to emotion, right? If I'm still carrying that, you know, that anger, that resentment, that blame, that guilt, that whatever, you, you know, you can bet that your body is responding to it.

And so I talk to a lot of people about their emotional landscape and what are they carrying with them all the time, where do they sit most of the time, because that's affecting your physiology and your capacity to, um, rise to the next stress challenge and recover from it.
