The surfing boats are so different.

And they're just like, it's like Santa Cruz, like times 10.

With the competition level.

when I

was like 19, the earthquake happened here in Santa Cruz and I ended up getting trapped in Modesto.

And I ended up meeting my future wife and my son's mother.

And we moved in together and I got a job because before that I was kind of living in my car.

I'm making tougher decisions.

I got more people on either side that are either happy or mad at me.

And then, uh, after we were married and we decided we wanted to move and we ended up traveling around California to different places in our VW bus, pop top camper and our four cats and our dog and ended up in back in Santa Cruz.

And, you know, I'm looking for work.
