And I also think it's very easy for parents to get lost in their children and their identity and all of it.
And if you're sacrificing yourself to a certain degree, that is a detriment to your child.
And you're doing that child a disservice because your child is, or whether it's child or even an adult, looks at you.
And I think parents struggle with that of all ages, right? Like, you got to do you.
Like, if you're not doing you, that is not good for your child, whether they're, you know, five or 50.
And sometimes those things go together, and sometimes you have to make a tough choice.
And where is the sacrifice detrimental for you? And where might it be teaching your child, you know, the best way to live is to give everything you have to other people and not pay attention to yourself.
How can I process this with the important people in my life to make the small adjustments I need to make today and tomorrow to continue to be the best person I can, to care for myself and to care for the people in my life.
