In this episode, I break down exactly how I stay in shape while travelling and the biggest mistakes I see people make when they're away. Travelling doesn’t need to ruin your progress — you just need…

What most guys do is they just end up losing all their progress, okay? They go on a solo trip by themselves, and they have no accountability, no structure.

They use the excuse of, "Oh, I'm traveling." They eat out all the time, they drink too much alcohol, and they just end up not being able to stick to anything and certainly not being able to get in shape nor stay in shape, and it's just this constant cycle.

You can't make those kind of excuses, and I genuinely do [laughs] believe that you can always just adapt your routine around what you're doing to make sure you're still continuously on track.

So remember what I'm talking about right now, you don't even need to apply the level of discipline and strictness, severity of what I do because you don't need to stay in the body fat that I am.

Like, if you're a mid-30s, 40s, 50s-year-old g- dude, you don't need to be, like, super shredded all the time.

And bearing in mind, I'm not like that, guys, anyway, but I stay in what would be considered great shape all the time, all year round without having to put a huge amount of effort.

So let me kind of just break this down, okay? The biggest pitfalls that I see, no accountability, eating out of hotel meals, not utilizing hotel gyms, just literally not doing anything kind of that's productive towards actually staying in shape.

So they'll just go, go and get on a treadmill and just try and kind of outrun a bad diet, which again, is just pointless.

Like a few press-ups or whatever in your room, you know, telling yourself that that's kind of enough.

There is a sufficient way of training and building out a routine which will get you way more ROI than actually doing, you know, stuff like that.
