James SahotaHostOkay, so look, I've been obviously doing this for a very long time.
The word personal brand is a term that only came to existence in the past year, probably a year and a half.
Before that, it was just called content creation or make videos or whatever, right?
Most people fail to understand that a personal brand is actually, even though it is something new, It really isn't.
And it's something that everybody has in their day-to-day life, no matter if they control it or they don't control it.
Everybody has a personal brand.
Because it all comes down to who you are as a person, how you're viewed, and your values and what you stand for.
And so a combination of both is pretty much who you are, and that's what people remember you for.
And so an exercise I always say is if I ask five people in the room, give me the first word that you think when you hear James.
Whatever the common word between all of them is, that's your personal brand, between those people.
So the game is, how can we control that personal brand, make it into the values we decide, and multiply it as many times as possible.

You said, what is the first word that comes to mind? Look, we've got Rick in the corner there.

When you say James, what's the first word that comes to your mind? And be polite.
