So you've done, you've worked in obviously a lot of places all over the country and you've done all the jobs at this point from like hostessing to serving, to working in and working in many different types of places from fine dining to dive bars.
What, what have you found to be your favorite parts of the overall hospitality industry as a job or, and like, what is your favorite job that you've done? That's

The things that, I think what I love the most is when I'm surprised or like if there's something, I just love learning something new.

And I feel like the more spaces you go to and the more you listen, you're gonna keep learning something.

And I feel like that was kind of a big qualm when I was first opening Botanica.

I think that I was so afraid and my ego was like in such panic that I was unwilling to hear feedback or frustrations as a method of growth.

Because it's just a matter of this simple, like... a simple conversation can impact so much like something silly like this weekend we were talking about we had a we just recently released its first album so we have this like group of friends who made a record I was having this conversation with one of the owners and she, we were talking about like desert to desert, you know, Mojave desert versus Sonoran desert.


I'm like, yeah, that's a great idea, you know? And it's something simplistic like that that I feel like really impacts and changes a lot of our...

I feel like I think my favorite job is my current job in terms of like, I feel like the clarity and cohesion and like conciseness and everyone's care for one another is so clear that it's, unlike anything I've experienced in terms of knowledge.
