Siggi ClavienGuestOne of the things that's out there today is rapid weight loss because GLP-1s make it so easy to lose fat quickly.
Before that, I had something called the Rapid Fat Loss Protocol, and I had one guy lose a pound a day for 75 days.
But it came with this huge warning that was you will feel like crap because when you shed fat quickly, fat is storing a bunch of stuff and it lets go of it when you burn the fat.

So you burn them when you need them or you need to get up and go and it's got, you know, glycan packets and everything as well.

We're reading this really interesting study and it was showing that people that were thin that had fatty liver disease had a 200 to 300% higher chance of mortality than somebody that was fat with fatty liver disease.

and then okay well reason being is because all those toxins are just free flowing throughout the body and affecting everything whereas if they were fat they'd be stored in the fat cells okay so that's i thought that was absolutely fascinating science that kind of brings me to where we are where we're starting to scan a lot of people we're seeing this huge explosion in the glp-1 antagonist and glp as well and we're starting to see a lot more fibrosis which is liver scarring and stiff livers which is in signs of the livers inflamed And what really makes sense there is, okay, so if you've got 20 to 30 years, let's say you've built up all the toxins that you've taken in, microplastics, all these things, and they're stored in your fat cells, And you go into a rapid weight loss program, whether it was your diet or it was a GLP-1, you're now dumping 20 to 30 years of toxins into the body at once.

So one of the things we're really proponents of now, just like we do for... our patients or customers about to go into chemotherapy, if you're going to go on to a GLP-1 program or anything where you could be exposed to a lot of toxins is really get onto deliverance or a healthy liver program, get your main defense up and strong and your armor on before so that you'll have less side effects, less damage.

And then all the pesticides and herbicides that have been sitting there, and you've just released years and years in a matter of months, and your toxicity goes up.

So, yeah, you need your liver in good shape before you do any kind of hormone therapy or definitely before you do a GLP-1.
