He had a high ankle sprain, but when you saw the injury, you kind of knew it was a high ankle, especially the way he grabbed the higher part of his shin.

He's on injury reserve, so he's going to be out at least four weeks, but this is something that is usually really really hard to get back in season to having that ankle feel 100 the rest of the season so they're gonna say at least four weeks but i'm gonna say four to six weeks and more like in that six week range and i don't know if he's really gonna feel the same after this injury eric What are your thoughts on it?
Yeah, it's a big concern.
I know there was a lot of hope with Drake May and A.J. Brown, kind of the new connection there.
Obviously, they haven't had a ton of time together, so that's another thing, too.
There's going to be a bunch of weeks here that they obviously won't be able to kind of get in sync and whatnot.
And so, yeah, I mean, in terms of from a from a fantasy perspective, you're hoping that he would have a, you know, I guess a somewhat of a bounce back year from last year on Philadelphia.
It wasn't that great of a season for him.
And you kind of hope that he turned the page and was going to have a big year.
But as you guys have, as we've talked about on the shows and things that hang high ankle sprains a little tricky.
And luckily, it obviously happened week one.
And you have a lot of football left if he does come back after five or six weeks.
But obviously, a tough blow in the very first game of the season.
And he's their prize kind of free agent, right? And so he'll be shelved for a bit.

It was tough to see Sam Darnold go down early in that game, right? It's looking like he'll probably miss a week and then hopefully be back in that week three matchup or whatnot.

And also he was obviously having trouble in that fourth quarter and ended up with three interceptions.

And for me, looking at, you know, fantasy implications, obviously this is huge for people that drafted A.J. Brown.

But when you look at that receiving crew now, which I thought they improved big time, but you saw Romeo Dobbs play on Wednesday, didn't you,
Eric? I saw a big drop.
I remember that, which happens, but that was a big play.
