Undone

you'd better put a time limit on this or I'll still be going as they're kicking off for the first game in Spain, Portugal and Morocco in four years time.

I mean, for fuck's sake, talk about making things difficult for yourselves.

Um, I, I, the first half was a bit of a battle and it was a bit of a war.

I don't think either side were particularly good.

Arguably we were slightly the better side, but I don't think anybody took any pride of walking off at halftime and saying we were the better side in that.

Um, Argentina played exactly how us mere mortals expected them to play.

They were tough.

They wanted a fight every time there was a 50-50.

They came on really strong in the last 10-15 minutes, which they've done in every game this World Cup.

And for some reason, Thomas Tuchel... just decided to make it really easy for them.

I don't think the blame is all on Tuchel, and I'm going to break down why I say that.

First half, we got involved in far too much stupidity.

We have got a midfield, if you go by their transfer fee, is worth nearly £250 million with Declan Rice and...

Anderson, is Anderson?

Yeah.

Have I just made up a word? No, that's it.

And then obviously Bellingham, if you chuck him in there as well, you've got another £150 million player.

In games like that, your midfield has to control the game.

I think Declan Rice has been absolutely fucking appalling all season, all World Cup.

And yesterday was no exception.

His delivery is really poor.

It looks like he's tired.

His legs have gone...

Knackered.

Absolutely knackered.
