as I said obviously yes it was a nightmare but I've got this I've also got a bit of a hip and groin I might have a groin strain or a potential hernia so I've been in a load of pain this week but that is easing off so I'm hoping it might have just been a strain and I might be okay I've got Gran Canaria coming up in a weeks time so I'm just trying to remain positive and looking forward to that so that should cheer me up
