This is a bit of a surprising pull at number one on the board.

I am so excited about this one.

So you

might not know this, Casey, but I played my high school golf in the great state of Delaware, otherwise known as the Small Wonder.

And we were aware of a golf course, this place, Bitterman, that it existed in Delaware.

No one knew where it was.

There's no sign.

You can drive past it and not know it was there.

Oh, and I don't think they do outings.

And so there was just it just kind of existed in like lore.

So I've had the chance to visit it and it's really become one of my absolute favorite places in golf.

So pretty rare history there.

I mean, it's probably the most exclusive club to ever make it on our list because for the longest time it had one member, Henry DuPont or Henri DuPont, if you will.

So this is on the DuPont Winterthur Estate.

He eventually got sick of playing golf by himself, invited some of his friends to join, and now there's a healthy membership, but a very small and intimate one at a club that is just golf.

It's an incredibly... it's modest in a very refined and wonderful way.

And the golf course by Dick Wilson is, I mean, it's just in this gorgeous setting as you can see the hills and it's just so, so much fun to play.

And, you know, for us to get it for the BTS, it's one of those people will probably be like, Bitterman, I've never heard of it.

And that's okay.
