A lot of this we're going to dig into is the America's Cup content that we put out.

The day three video prompted this from Mike Weedle, who says, we've gone very, very far from America's Cup racing.

And Attila Plash says, agreed the last 15 years in sailing have been revolutionary, not to mention that the visual spectator coverage has been much better.

It's the age-old debate, isn't it? And it's what we are seeing more and more in our comments below.

All of our America's Cup videos, our SailGP videos, and now what we're learning is ever more popular non-foiling videos.

That's what we're learning here, is the appetite for this kind of stuff behind me in the maxis is way bigger than we anticipated it would be.

And people are interested in spinnakers going up and down and grinding and spinnaker peels and action.

So I can understand that there is a generation of people that enjoy what the America's Cup used to be.

But you've also got to recognize that This sport has changed more in the last 15, 20 years than any other sport I'd know.

It is motorsport in the 50s and 60s when the cars started going ridiculously fast and changed beyond belief.

And I think the reason that we're seeing record number of boats in the TP class, the reason that we're seeing the maxi class flying... owners buying jays one design series like the j70 having record numbers in the world is because the america's cup and sail gp have moved so far away from what people grew up doing that it's left this vacuum this void behind it and people want to watch it people want to watch the sailing that they know as well as a group of people that are enjoying the america's cup and sail gp so We're seeing it play out in all of our comments.

It feels like we've got a kind of a split audience and we're trying to figure out who we talk to.

But luckily at the foil, we talk to everything, everyone about all things sailing.

With so much chat about the struggle of judging the AC40, keeping clear of boundaries, how far away are we from sailors competing with augmented reality tech in their goggles that displays the boat boundaries in real time? I guess that's on the subject of technology advancing very quickly.

And it was hard to do and train your eyes, let's say, to like helicopter pilots.
