The summer I was there, the first summer we were there, they had actually just won the World Championship tournament for the first time ever.
Satán, Chára, Gabrek, and, like, yeah, like, it was kinda like, uh, the World Cup was just here, but they had just won.
It was, uh, yeah, it's, um, it's kind of one of those, um, uh, kinda like you said, it's kinda like a hidden gem, like, uh, so to speak, or kinda like, uh, almost like, uh, Robe Hents on the Stars.
So at the Olympics this past year, I was talking to a couple of the guys, you know, um, and we ended up playing them in the medal round.

I know regimen kinda sounds like a bad word, but you can take a lot of their training and now use it for what you're doing, uh, right now, which we will get into what you're doing right now in a little bit.
But I, I think that you probably were able to, and I say I, I steal drills, ideas.
I steal stuff from coaches all the time, uh, which I think is the, the best way to do it.
