So, uh, yeah, I, uh, my dad, he, he's from Azle originally, so we li- we lived out at Eagle Mountain Lake, and the only rink back then was, was the one at Valley Ranch.

So they, I'd asked to play, and they signed me up, and it was, it seemed very similar to, to what it is now.

So the first nine months was learn to skate.

There was no hockey equipment.

There was none of that.
