Macklin Celebrini

6-4 win over the Sharks.

You got the Lindholm line with Higgins and Middlestad shutting down Celebrini and Smith.

You've got Higgins with goals, Mitten with a multi-point game.

Pasternak has a nice goal.

That's

it.

I mean, I think Celebrini is sort of a star.

Smith is a star.

You know, the truth is that their record is similar, but they're not in the same neighborhood in terms of their actual quality of play.

So you remember that San Jose Sharks Carnival Barker team? The team in the year that they ended up winning the draft lottery and picking Celebrini? And you remember the Canucks put up the 8-2 victory against them, and every team was rolling into San Jose and beating them like 9-0.

They were 2-10-1 to start the season.

Sound familiar? Yeah.

Sharks right back in.

dropped it.

Bad decision.

But he got back to break up a two-on-one the other day.

Celebrini? Right? I think it was Celebrini.

He comes from

the far right side to the left.

It's got us excited about the future, but there's some pundits saying, like, oh, yeah, but he's not Jack Eichel.

He's not Macklin Celebrini.

He's a tier below those guys.

But I'm ignoring that noise because this guy is looking sick out there for Boston.

That deal will kick in, I believe, next season.

And Macklin Celebrini making 18.5 and Conor Bedard 15.

But these are all players on the younger side.

So what do you think? in terms of a reasonable dollar figure, knowing that he's going to ask for term on this also, where do you think this can land for him? You know, is he a $17 million player? Will they give him $20 million? Where does this go? Do you think?

So if you get the one of one debut patch, like Cooper flags, one of one just went for like 16 or $8 million or something like that.

The Celebrini one of one went for $2 million.

What?

Yeah.

against pretty poor teams.

Utah's really good.

Sharks, I could say, okay, they're trying to find themselves and they're coming back up and that was Celebrini's first game back, I believe, from injury.

Utah is...

He scores! Just out of the box! And now shoulder-to-shoulder with another Bruins legend! That's his 427th goal! He's now tied for third in Bruins franchise history! And he ties the game at three! Here's Lindholm trying to kick to the stick! Higgins! He scores! Mori snaps it with his leg.

Celebrini can't get it out.

Mitten right of the net, Middlestad holds, wait, centers, what a stop, they score! And Alkovich made a great save, but Fraser Mitten followed up, he drills in a power play goal! Bruins 5, Sharks 3!

Oh, Frazier got in there with a power play goal.
