And, um, well, you know, 1,100 houses later- Yeah ... it's three and a half year or four years down the track, whatever it is now.

Like the 15 houses, you know, I've got a, a business called buildtorrent.org, which is a brand, and build to live, and build to sell.
We never had any intention, but I rented them all for ridiculous rental returns.

The market moved so much, so we actually ended up, um, renting them all and then selling them all in the following year and a half.
You know, one of the things when I first discussed with Mark, I said, "I just need to know more about the industry," you know, 'cause he says, "Well, what, what do you not like?" I said, "Well, I, I didn't understand the investment side, why someone could have a $1,000 deposit for a, a block of land and a $2,000 de- deposit for a house and a crack habit."
