So Tommy, uh, thanks for being on again, 'cause you were, uh, you were on with us a, a few months ago.
I was actually fighting a little cold during the draft, so I, I still have some residual effects of a cough.
Ta- take us through what you do in your role, 'cause you have to see so many players and, um, a- and it, it starts anew right now.
I'm sure now you're, you're already putting work in on 27, as crazy as this sounds, 'cause it just ended, uh, a, a few days ago and you gotta get guys signed.
I don't wanna throw too much at you at one time, but take us through the process of what you do and, and how you interact with all the cross-checkers and the scouts, et cetera.
Uh, and, and in fact, with the MLB schedule and the draft being held, uh, over All-Star break, um, we're actually seeing players for next year prior to this year's draft, because the summer leagues are going, the Cape Cod League, Team USA.
Um, but in a, in a nutshell, what we're trying to do this summer is set ourselves up for next year's draft, just like we did th- this previous draft.
Seeing Team USA, seeing the high school tournaments, the Area Code Games, uh, as a staff.
Um, writing our follow-up reports and preparing a board as early as November 1st with our follows.
