Like, am I looking at this the right way? Am I, am I providing 110% to my people and everything that they need or could need? Am, am I doing that? Am I projecting every value that is, you know, I could be thinking it, but am I projecting it? Am I letting the troops feel it?

I always say it, and we might have talked about it last time, and I'll, I'll just briefly say it again.

There's these three things that Pete Blaber talked about it, if you read his book.

It's the mission that we have, it's the people that are doing it with you, and then there's you.

And then the people that work are right after that, and those two are close.

And sometimes they flip depending on what's going on, but it's one A, one B.

And when you make, when you make a decision, and s- I've had these conversations so many times, and you make a decision, it's how many people make a decision that it's like, "Well, I'm gonna take care of these guys," but it's at the expense of the mission.
