So I guess we should start on, on how, like, this connection really went to the next level, and I would say last October is maybe when I started to plan for the Crown Refs camp.

You know, it was, I, I had spent seven, eight years building up the brand to finally we, we have a camp, and it's like, oh, well, you gotta run a camp, you gotta run logistics, you gotta build out, um, the themes, and, and X, Y, Z.

So when I put the message out on Discord, I said, "Hey, I'm looking for an admin.

I'm looking for somebody to run logistics, and really do the job that I'm not capable of doing or interested in doing." And then I get a text message two minutes later from you, uh, saying that you're interested, and there was not like, "Oh yeah, Gabe, let me hit you back tomorrow, see if anybody reaches out." It was instant.

Makes total sense, just because our relationship has just been just growing since I met you, and we've just been hitting new levels of everything, and it just felt totally natural and right.

So I guess my first question for you is why did you respond, and w- you know, why, just tell me why you wanted to take on this deeper role.

I think first and foremost for me, it's I just truly love to, to help and provide good experiences for people.

Um, you know, and I think y- with Crown and just the, the relationship that you and I have built through the last few years, and just how it's helped me, not only in basketball, but in- In everything in life.

I think to me there was just no, no hesitation in like, "Hey, I wanna get behind this and I wanna help, to help support it in any way that I can." Um, and, and I think that's really w- the driving focus, is the people behind it, um, and trying to make that great experience for people.

You know, being around camps and, and being around like-minded individuals is just a great way to grow and, and, um, there's a benefit to everybody.

And you, you were like the, the, the heart, the heart and soul of the camp, I would say.

You, you were in contact with them prior leading up, and it was just nice to have you as a main part of the team.

And, um, that's why once the camp was finished, I'm like, it makes total sense to bring Gabe on for this larger role and do exactly what he did for the community.

Or do exactly what he did f- at the camp for the community moving forward, 'cause now, you know, we have this 12-month program, this 12-month growth network.

It's not like we take, you know, breaks in the summer or, um, a take off in September.

You know, I- I'm going away next week, so I did block out, you know, next week.
