I'm really glad that somebody is filling the space and doing it in a really, really compelling way.

What we're really covering today is the article that you wrote over the course of what, a year, two years?
Longer than that, actually, it started because a friend of mine in the original all legends have partner thing was like, what even is like the CDH, like meta, what decks can be like viable and whatnot.
And I really just sparked a conversation within my friend group.
And I was, I asked a few friends, like, how many decks do you think are viable? How many decks do you think are viable? And everyone was giving wildly different answers.
So that started and I wrote a short essay that I sent around and I was just like,
do you
guys
think that this is an interesting topic or
anything? And the responses that I got from that was just like, all right, let me really dive into this.
And I just finished as Dockside was banned and I completely shelved it for six months, seven months there and was like, well, everything's outdated.
And so it kind of really did hide in the recesses of stuff until after I moved and after I was able to go, for those that don't know, I live to live in Maryland and I made it out to los angeles and after experiencing all those different metagames and was able to really take the time to dissect my thoughts some more i then began writing from december of last year and this has been seven eight months in the making officially for this version of it there are several drafts that ended up making the cutting room floor that are yes no one will ever see that

Yeah, well, we might talk about some of the content that was not on the article that maybe got cut.

And for anyone who hasn't read it, you might want to pause the video and go read that now just so that you get a little more context.
like 30 minutes.
Yeah, exactly.
