Sebastian GreenwayHostWhere shall we start? I'm very conscious that certain teams dominate the headlines, but I think really they're dominating the headlines this time for reasons that we probably didn't expect, and that's Adelaide and Melbourne.
I think we have to start with them, even though they're already well talked about in NBL media circles, mate.
Well, I want to frame it as kind of a bit of a joint interlocking discussion about, how about I put it to you this way? They both had poor starts to the season.

But I think Adelaide, there's just some more like issues that go to the core of that.

But there aren't the same fundamental issues with Melbourne, I don't think, as there are with Adelaide.

And I think, as we were discussing before the pod, like, A lot of people said Melbourne's data is still very good, right? So do those numbers play out over time and everything gets corrected? Maybe, you know, but I think more just from Adelaide's perspective, I think there's some structural stuff that, has to be changed.

And then secondly, on top of that, how can you facilitate that? I understand Adelaide fans have been going at, you know, I know I've been critical of Adelaide, right? Um, and I understand their grievances too, that there are like, there are problems with the roster at the moment with injury and just fit.

And, um, For me, I think what's interesting about Adelaide is if you look at their season last year, a lot of the same problems existed then, but they didn't have any injuries.

It was like the most fortunate run of injuries of all time that team had last year.

And there is a bit of, despite the big spend, that a thinness exists there still.
