And it led to a conversation with Lono, who was there as well around where in his years and years of experience, he saw a line between ability to, skip an ability to be an elite COE athlete and he told a funny story about how when Andrew Bogut was at MPC camp a few years ago and with his background from a very similar kind of region to yourself skipping was just something that was second nature that was just done as part of a warm-up and he could do the double tucks and everything like that and he was incredibly frustrated by these young people coming through now who just didn't have the ability to skip and some who'd never seen a skipping rope before and it just occurred to me there when you were talking about abilities and and behaviors what's the mike zeppel stance on skipping and and your own personal ability

skipping 100 a very good indicator of athletic ability definitely um and so we have developing, we talk about this a lot.

We were speaking about skipping in the weight room with our strength and conditioning coach last week.
