So flavonoids are what protects the plants, um, and they're gonna be very vibrant colors.

And then when you look at green, you look at the bright green, ginkgo, parsley, rosemary, oregano.

So the flavonoids are protecting those plants from ultraviolet rays, anything in the atmosphere that's gonna make a, a better cellular growth.

That's why we're always supposed to eat fruits and vegetables, and that's why when you look at the blue zone areas from the Mediterranean to Japan, they eat the vegetables, they eat the greens, they get the reds, the purples.

Here in America, our diet, as you know, from the last 30 years have changed just to processed foods, and you're not getting those fruits and vegetables, so you're not getting the flavonoids.
That's, uh, the, I mean, the common saying that, uh, people are now advertising, uh, uh, eat the rainbow, eat all those colors.
By which mechanism of action do they actually bene- benefit, um, the, the, the body and help boost the immune system?
